Yes. The initial infrastructure assessment is provided at no cost and with no obligation to engage Kyroven for any follow-on work. We do it because it consistently demonstrates the value of our engineers — and because organizations that understand their actual risk exposure make better technology decisions.
We require read-only access to your network equipment configuration (via screen share or exported configs), your Microsoft 365 admin portal, and a walkthrough of your server environment. We do not need administrative credentials that allow changes, and we document everything we review.
Assessments are conducted by Kyroven's senior engineers — the same people who would manage your environment if you engaged us. We do not use junior staff or third-party assessors for this work.
The initial discovery session takes 60–90 minutes. The written report is delivered within 5 business days. Complex multi-site environments may require 7–10 business days for a complete analysis.
